Two office condo buildings are now under construction, making a total of five in the Piñon Valley Ranch Office Condominiums complex. Completion is scheduled for January, 2008. The sales/lease agent is Kaiser Commercial Brokerage.
Located 910 Elkton Drive, these additions offer condos ranging from 1,200 to 14,688 square feet, with over four parking spaces per 1000 square feet. Prices start at $165 per square foot, i.e., from the low $200,000s for a shell space.
A main feature is the secluded setting, with wildlife and mature pine trees, located less than a mile from the convenient intersection of I-25 and Garden of the Gods. A private street connects with the 900 block of Elkton.
