I'm Jeff Kaiser. I have been a licensed real estate broker or sales associate since 1979, and have practiced commercial brokerage in Colorado Springs since 1983.
Unlike the oversized commercial real estate firms that have a stable of experienced and not-so-experienced brokers, I have determined that my clients seem most satisfied--and I most gratified--when I work directly with them.
I have extensive sales and marketing experience with all facets of commercial sales including office, land, industrial, investment sales and leasing. I enjoy sales and marketing as someone who enjoys people and appreciates the opportunity to serve. I have been honored to serve as President of the Realtors Commercial and Industrial Society, an officer to the Realtor Service Corporation of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, and as a member of the Ethics Committee for the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors. I've also been blessed to be involved as a volunteer/mentor with Southern Colorado Youth for Christ.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member since 1987--which is awarded to less that one percent of commercial real estate professionals who have extensive training and industry experience and complete a rigorous study program--I consider being a CCIM an honor. You can have confidence that my experience has equipped me for any size project. Most notably, I was the senior broker in charge of a national, sealed bid listing and sale assignment for assets in seven states for the Resolution Trust Corporation--the total book value of which was in excess of $100 million.
I am married and have two children, and am actively involved in a local church. My favorite pastimes include fly-fishing, guitar, golf, mountain-biking, and outdoor activities. But almost as much, I enjoy bringing two principals together in a mutually beneficial commercial real estate transaction.
